This ride is run by volunteers - for it to reach scale we need your help to publicise it. Once you have subscribed to our mail-list yourself please take the following steps to help make this group a success...

Step 1: Join our STRAVA group and 'Invite Athletes to this Club'

Strava is a website and mobile app used to track athletic activity via GPS.  

Join the ClimateKilometre group on Strava so you can share your runs/rides, see what other members of the group are doing, and follow our routes.

Once you have joined our group you can ask your friends to join by clicking 'Invite Athletes to This Club' from the Strava club homepage.

Step 2: email your friends and colleagues

Sending individual emails to your friends and colleagues is arguably the most effective way of scaling up our group.

Ask them to register their interest in the ride using this link:

Step 3: sign-up to our Event on Facebook and share

We love to hate Facebook... but there's no denying it's the way to spread the word.

Events on Facebook will appear here - please invite your friends to join too.

Step 4: tweet and follow
Tweet photos and communicate with others on the events using the #ClimateKilometre hashtag

Step 5: get support from your loved ones through Do Nation
Do Nation is a platform like JustGiving... but instead of your supporters giving money, they make a pledge to do something good.
